We do not offer refunds. You can e-mail us at divaartjewellers@gmail.com if you have any queries regarding our return or exchange policy. We do offer returns for our prodcuts. In case of a manufacturing defect, we will provide exchange for unused and unworn items that still have the tags intact. We do not provide reverse pick-up services. How to exchange the product:

1. For exchange please drop us an email to divaartjewellers@gmail.com with your original order number along with details of exchange.

2. Once approved, please courier the merchandise back to us (at your cost)on the address provided by us (please do keep the original invoice inside the box along with a note with details of the exchange desired)

3. Our team will give you a call once we receive the courier and confirm the product change.

4. The exchanged piece will be couriered back to your address with no additional courier charges
